Material Master CoordinatorPurpose and Scope/General Summary:We are looking for a Material Master Coordinator to join our Procurement department at our Corporate Headquarters in Greeley, CO.Responsibilities:Creating and maintaining maintenance parts, operating supplies, ingredients, and packaging materials globallyMass changing of material informationCreating/Running queries for report purposesMonitor IPS tickets and assisting with training plant personnel who need assistanceResearching the internet for parts and better understanding of what they are creatingStrict adherence to master data governance through training to the plant personal and maintenance in SAPMaintaining material consistencies for areas such as profit centers, load groups, material groups, purchasing groups, etc.A good understanding of the overall needs and expectations of Procurement, Marketing, and R&D, as well as other areas of the companyProject work as neededOther duties as assigned Qualifications:Attention to detailKnowledge of SAP preferredAbility to handle stressful situations in a calm mannerSelf-StarterAble to manage own time and duties efficientlyFriendly customer service is a mustKnowledge of Microsoft Excel preferredAble to make decisions when the need arisesAble to problem solve when necessaryAbility to work extended hours as neededCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationThe applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the followingcompensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;Base hourlyrange of$18-20/hrFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in states where it is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for any given position, compensation ranges are specific to those states and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.This position does not have an application deadline.
