Job Description:

Manages locations throughout the USA to develop/monitor annual budget, market property, oversee move in/outs and supervise building staff. This position also Maintain appropriate records according to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and other funding requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor---s Degree in related field or combination of equivalent experience and education may be substituted. Minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in the area of multi-site housing management. Experience with HUD affordable housing and rental assistance programs.
