Job Description:
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: The international
logisticsanalyst position willbe instrumental in bringing
analytical analyses to leadership teams to enable decisions that
directly impact business performance and outcomes.The position
supports the accounting functions and special projects as requested
and works to understand issues and how they impact the financial
results as well as educate/inform department(s) on cost drivers and
variances. This position provides the candidate with opportunities
to identify, lead, and drive process improvements, while working in
a team environment and interact with multiple functions across the
organization.Responsibilities: Drive meetings and discussions to
formulate the gaps in an actionable fashion and help support the
action plan processMonitor Logisticsprocesses and procedures for
efficiencyDissect and analyze freight data to identify potential
areas of opportunityCollaborate with management to provide
reporting and analysisof team KPI progressCreate timely ad-hoc
reports on an as-needed basisGenerate reports/analytics using data
contained in the databasesEstablishprocessesto evaluate and
reducecostsOther duties as assigned Qualifications: Associate in
Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting,
Finance, Economics, or related field preferred SAP experience
highly preferred Strong Microsoft Excel skills required Acute
attention to detail Ability to be flexible, working in both team
and independent settings Excellent analytical skills along with the
ability to find a simple solution to a complex problem Ability to
thrive in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment Someone that

salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel
at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as
a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless
otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary
and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel
as business needs dictate.The applicant who fills this position
will be eligible for the following compensation and
benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after
60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6
company observed holidays;401(k): company match begins after the
first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
Base salary range of $45,000 - $60,000; andIncentive Pay: This
position is eligible to participate in the Company s annual bonus
plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard
terms and conditions of the incentive program; For individuals
assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, JBS and Pilgrim s is
required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the
compensation for this role. This compensation range is specific to
the State of Colorado and takes into account various factors that
are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not
limited to a candidate s relevant experience, qualifications,
skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role. The Company
