Ethics & Compliance Policies & Procedures Senior Analyst JBS is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Ethics & Compliance team. This person will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day administration, management, periodic updates, and launch of company policies and trainings, as well as maintenance of the policy and training platforms used to disseminate them. The new team member will also generate periodic internal reports on employee engagement and compliance vis--vis policies and trainings. The Senior Analyst will receive, manage, and route various compliance disclosures, notices, and approval requests in the context of JBS s ethics and compliance programs. This role is based at our Corporate HQ in Greeley, CO.Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of the compliance policy and training database, including administration and publishing of policies, launching training campaign, and obtaining acknowledgements. In addition, tracking, monitoring, auditing and reporting on employee interactions and training completions. Day-to-day management of competitively sensitive information submissions; gifts, entertainment and business meal and attendance at trade shows and conferences requests to ensure employee compliance with the company s conflict of interest, antitrust and anti-bribery policies, and related laws and regulations. This includes review of initial submissions from the business units, follow-up as needed, analysis and approval of the requests, and generating detailed documentation under relevant laws, internal policies and procedures. Review, analyze and identify red flags in connection with third-party due diligence, from anti-bribery/anti-corruption, sanctions, and conflict of interest perspectives. Identify and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets. Assist in developing and utilizing metrics for measuring and tracking the effectiveness of the overall Compliance Program. Manage/maintain databases and develop and employ strategies to ensure statistical efficiency and accuracy. Support the implementation, execution, maintenance, and improvements of the overall Compliance Program; Demonstrate and supporting the Company s Compliance Culture; Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of data analytics, project management, auditing, and/or corporate compliance experience. Desire to learn and develop in the role. Experience managing records management programs and/or databases. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise from implementation of the compliance program and oversight of the records management system. Working knowledge in anti-corruption laws in general. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of compliance concepts such as conflict of interests, third-party due diligence, fraud, antitrust, anti-corruption, as well as related internal controls, testing, and monitoring. Experience with properly documenting analysis and findings. Excellent time management and prioritization skills and performs well under pressure. Must be organized and have keen attention to detail. Analytical/critical thinking and creative problem-solving skill a must. Self-motivated and able to work independently. A team-player who thrives in a collaborative environment.The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60-days of employment;Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;Base salary range of $75,000 to $85,000; andThis position is eligible to participate in the Company s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, JBS and Pilgrim s is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role.
