Job Description:

Seeking and Immediate DOT Admin perform the below duties:

---schedule drivers and organize the daily dispatch of all trucking routes
---perform record keeping as needed,
---maintain customer relations via phone and fax,
---facilitate additions, cancellations, and changes regarding equipment location,
---ensure accuracy of rental contract information prior to dispatching drivers, suggest equipment and supplies to meet customer needs,
---perform inventory control processes, check equipment for damages,
---record hours used, mileage and fuel levels for billing purposes & follow proper cash accounts procedures.
*strong Microsoft Office knowledge
