The right candidate will be an empowered Fleet Sales Consultant directly responsible for selling fleet and commercial vehicles and assists management in maintaining the vehicle inventory based on customer preferences and markets. This position works to develop relationships with businesses in and around the community and works with our fleet maintenance company to build our business in both sales and service. This person is responsible for nurturing and cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organization. What will you be responsible for? Completes entire sales process following company policy Demonstrates vehicles (including test drives). Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork, laying the foundation for customer loyalty. Remains up to date on all factory training and certifications. Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction. Maintains a prospect development system. Actively prospects new and former customers in all areas of Northern Colorado. Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers. Do you have the necessary education and experience? High School diploma or equivalent required. 5 plus years' previous automotive sales experience, commercial/fleet preferred. What are the total Rewards? CULTURE!!! Commission, Exempt: $60k-$150k annually based on sales.
