The primary focus will be on understanding client processes, risks, and controls at an enterprise level, particularly in compliance, operations, and financial management.This Role Offers:

  • Lead the definition or redesign of business processes to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Document and analyze client business processes, developing recommendations to solve business issues.
  • Participate in fact-finding meetings, develop process documentation, and present findings to clients.
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of business process automation and change management solutions.
  • Manage project status, budgets, and communication, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct end-user training and facilitate procedure or process training sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement.Skill Set:
    • Bachelor's degree in business (required); MBA preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing business processes, technology, and organizational improvement solutions.
    • Experience in healthcare or property & casualty insurance preferred.
    • Previous consulting experience required, with a focus on process redesign and technology implementation.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision with ability to thrive individually and on a team.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
