Mammoth Creative is a premier provider of custom vehicle graphics,
exterior and interior signage, as well as other design and print
mediums. We are growing and looking for someone to join our team of
designers within our department.We are growing quickly and looking
for a Customer Service Representative to assist with sales in our
graphics and design department. We offer competitive wages and a

an employee car discount program. ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer in-bound customer calls and assist with
their inquiries, questions, and needs. Provide elite customer
service to every customer. Provide open communication between all
departments within the company. Assist Sales and Sales Support
departments. Contact and respond to client inquiries and schedule
appointments. Call various vendors to obtain pricing and schedule
various vendors for projects. Generate orders and invoices for
sales. Call customers when work is completed. Data entry. Scan
document files and other scanning projects into system software.
Prepare assigned weekly reports. Fill in for receptionist when
required during meal times, sick days, and PTO. Other duties as
assigned by the manager. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL
ABILITIES: Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending
or stooping for prolonged periods of time. Requires eye-hand
coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard,
photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback in a
professional manner. Ability to receive and analyze data and input
into the computer. Normal range of hearing and vision. REQUIRED
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: High school
diploma or GED equivalent. College degree preferred. Valid Drivers
License with good standing MVR. General to advanced knowledge of
computer and email systems including Google Sheets, Google Docs and
Microsoft applications. Detail oriented, multitasker and organized.
Exceptional customer service skills. Basic accounting knowledge.
Comfortable making outbound phone calls to customers and vendors.
Ability to successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and
Post-offer background check, physical and drug screening. **PLEASE
