The position sits in the front of our office, answers the phone and helps walk-in customers.The hours of the position are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. We are closed on all major holidays.
Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• 
  Answer phones and transfer calls accordingly
  • Greet walk-in customers and assist as needed
    • Take payments both in person and over the phone
      • Sell and service personal lines insurance policies (home, auto, ect.)
        • File claims and follow up with clients to make sure the claim process runs smoothly
          • General office tasks such as data entry, processing mail, assisting in other departments as needed ect.
            
            Requirements
            
            • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
            • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
            • Professional phone etiquette.
            • Great Customer Service Skills.
            • Strong work ethic.
            • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
            • Must be able to obtain a Colorado Property & Casualty Insurance License (We pay for pre-licensing classes and all fees associated with licensing.
