Mike Maroone Automotive is looking for a strategic and motivated Guest Engagement Center Director to lead our centralized guest communication team and elevate the dealership experience from the very first interaction. As the Guest Engagement Center Director, you’ll lead the team responsible for generating traffic, managing leads, and maximizing conversations. You will align marketing efforts, digital engagement, and in-store operations to ensure every guest interaction reflects our commitment to service and excellence. What You'll Do · Lead and manage the daily operations of the Guest Engagement Center · Develop and enforce best-in-class lead management processes across calls, web leads, chats, and text communications · Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of guest engagement agents and supervisors · Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, and Marketing leadership to support dealership goals · Analyze performance metrics including contact rates, appointment show rates, and close rates to drive continuous improvement · Provide regular KPI and ROI reporting related to lead handling and engagement initiatives · Ensure CRM accuracy and data integrity across all customer touchpoints · Manage vendor relationships related to CRM, communication tools, and lead platforms · Lead training initiatives to ensure compliance with company, OEM, and legal standards · Promote a guest-first culture while maintaining operational efficiency · Participate in dealership meetings and community events Should You Apply?
