Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and
capable cGMP clean-room cleaning technician lead to support
Manufacturing Operations in our cell/gene therapy GMP manufacturing
facility located in Louisville, CO. Ensuring that we produce safe,
high-quality products in a highly controlled environment is of
paramount importance, and cleaning is an essential part.
Responsibilities Coordinate with personnel and the cleaning team to
schedule and execute cleaning activities. Follow Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs) to prepare cleaning solutions and perform
clean-room cleaning, including daily routine, monthly, quarterly,
and return to service cleanings. Document cleaning activities in
area logbooks. Assist in leading a team of cleaning technician
contractors with their duties. Manage Manufacturing Operations
Cleaning technician contractors by assigning work tasks, holding
1:1 meetings to deliver feedback and expectations, and bringing
forth concerns and ideas for efficient work processes. Prepare,
execute, and clean up after required cleaning activities within the
controlled spaces. Adhere to SOPs, good manufacturing practices,
and good documentation practices. Perform cGMP cleaning in an
aseptic clean-room environment (ISO5, ISO7, ISO8, ISO9). Lead and
perform equipment cleaning in accordance with relevant material
inventory and perform stocking activities for gowning, cleaning,
and consumable materials. Review GMP documentation such as
logbooks. Train and onboard new team members to meet goals.
Essential Skills At least 2 years of cGMP clean-room cleaning
experience in the pharmaceutical, biologics, and/or medical device
field. Proficiency in environmental monitoring, aseptic technique,
cGMP regulations, GLP, EMPQ, and FDA/GDP compliance. Additional
Skills & Qualifications High school degree or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience working on results-oriented teams.
Exceptional judgment and initiative in resolving problems and
making recommendations. Proficiency in computer applications such
as word processing, spreadsheets, and web-based applications.
Self-motivation with strong organization and communication skills
and ability to work independently. Work Environment This role
operates in a highly regulated clean-room environment. The position
requires full aseptic gowning for extended periods, using PPE such
as hair nets, safety goggles, gloves, jumpsuits, booties, etc. The

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of
Louisville, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is
$20.00 - $25.20/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits
