Job Description:
Are you a successful and knowledgeable personal injury attorney
looking to work alongside an established team of high-performing

an applicant who can manage case files from start to finish and
help our clients find justice and compensation for their injuries.
We need someone with excellent credentials, a real passion for
helping people, and a minimum of 3 years of successful personal
injury litigation and trial case experience. If this sounds like

Responsibilities:
--- Perform research on case law and premises liability, and gather
insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other
evidence relevant to the case
--- Handle personal injury case files from start to finish
--- Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand
letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal
documents
--- Manage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants,
case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary
--- Appear as legal counsel on the clients' behalf at mediations,
trials, hearings, depositions, and litigation
Qualifications:
--- Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to
practice law is mandatory
--- Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, wrongful
death, civil and family law, medical terminology, and medical
malpractice is imperative
--- A bachelor's degree and a J.D. degree is required
--- A minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation or trial
experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury,
or civil litigation practice areas is necessary
--- Proficiency in computers is vital
--- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
--- Admission to the bar in Colorado
--- Proven experience in pre-litigation procedures and case
management
--- Strong negotiation and communication skills
--- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving
abilities
--- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a
team
--- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
--- Must be willing and able to commute to our office in Lakewood,
Colorado
--- The ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not a
requirement
